Step-by-Step Guide: Syncing Planning Center Groups with MailPoet Lists
Access Planning Center Connection Settings
Go to your website's settings and select Planning Center Connection.
Enter Credentials
Enter your Client ID and Secret Key. These will be provided to you when setting up the integration.
Sync Your Groups
Click on Sync Groups. This will display a list of your Planning Center groups.
Select a Group to Sync
Search for and select the group you want to sync (e.g., "Newsletter group").
Save and Sync
Click Save. The sync will occur automatically daily, but you can also trigger a manual sync by clicking Manual Sync Groups.
Check MailPoet Lists
Go to MailPoet's Lists section, where you will see the new group created (e.g., "Newsletter recipient") with the synced contacts.
That's it! You've successfully synced your Planning Center group with MailPoet.
