Hey everyone, today I'm going to be showing you how to start utilizing our new AI Content Generator, our AI Announcement Assistant. In that, if you have, are looking in your backend and you see this new AI Content Generator, uh, menu item, that means that it is now upgraded and installed on your site. Uh, if you don't see that, feel free to read out at support at apps.com and we'll help you get that updated on your site. Now, a few things just to get started, whenever you click on the settings, um, a few things to know here, uh, are, uh, really the only thing that you'll want to adjust is the announcement approval, request approval email. That's only if you're using the staff or volunteer announcement request page, which we'll look at how to set that up in just a minute. And then if you have anybody you want to add for if you need building approvals or somebody to be notified whenever a volunteer or staff requests for a building approval or building grounds or something like that. Now you also, just so you know, whenever somebody submits on the front end, so on the announcement request page for volunteers or staff, um, you can adjust the email that gets sent to them right away. Now also, whenever you publish their post, it's going to also send them an email saying, hey, your, uh, post, your announcement has been published, go check it out type thing. Now just so you know too, you can adjust all of your AI prompts here in the back end, your main prompt, your excerpt prompt, um, your Facebook prompt, your Instagram prompt. So you can come in and adjust these, like if you don't want emojis, go ahead and take that out and tell it, don't use emojis. If you want it to be a little bit longer, tell it 250 characters. You can come in and adjust these prompts however you'd like, whatever bets best fits your culture at your church. Um, so keep that in mind. These are the settings under AI content gen. Um, now in the back end, if, as far as an admin, you can really start using this right out the gate. Now if you get any type of error here, it means that, uh, maybe this, uh, key needs reset. You can reach out to us at support at tinapps.com and we can reset that key for you. Um, so if you're getting an error whenever you're on the back end, that's the only setting that would ever cause that error there. Um, other than that, you're really good to go. So let me just go ahead and I'm going to show you two. The second step would be, we need to create, if this is, if you want a front end, uh, announcement page for announcement request page, some churches love this feature and all you need to do is just come add a page. And so I just have a page here. You can name it whatever you want it, but whenever you add this page, a few things to keep in mind. Now in this help, uh, tutorial, you'll be able to just copy and paste it this short code here and that's all you need to do. You just hit add new page, paste this in here and you're good to go. Now a few, uh, thoughts around this. I would highly recommend that you come over here to visibility, click on edit and then you click on password protected and add a generic password. It could be announcements and that way you could tell all of your staff, Hey, this is the URL you go to our website. website backslash announcement request form, whatever you want that to be. And you can even edit that slug to make it really simple. Uh, but I would password protect it. Otherwise you run the risk of spam bots hitting this and just abusing it. So, um, I'd really tell you password protect this page. That way it's sort of locked down to trusted volunteers or to your staff. Um, and they'll be able to come in and use this. AI form on the front end. Um, so let's go ahead. I'm going to just go ahead and cruise over to that. So really as far as set up, those are the main things I am going to show you. One other little thing that we'll need to do here as far as just setting things up and actually using it. But as far as using it, like this is the front end view of what a staff member or a volunteer would see. So let's just say like, uh, a youth group pizza party at 8 p.m. on January 22nd in youth basement. Okay, cool. So all they do is just type in the, what would you like to announce? It's going to then generate a title, a main description, an excerpt, a Facebook post, a, so, uh, Instagram posts. Now, one thing to know here, these excerpts are wonderful. They're great uh, just a little snippet on your website, on the homepage, on your signups and events page, but these can also be pulled into your newsletters and your bulletins as well. So these are great. Um, and then Facebook posts, Instagram posts, these are great here as well. And you can say, uh, here on the front end for your staff, maybe you're the main graphics person and you just say, hey, I need help with my graphics. or maybe, Everyone on your staff does their own graphics. If so, they can upload their own images here or videos, whatever they have there for And then, they can select, now you as the admin can come in and change this, but you're going to get an email saying this is what they've sort of asked for this to go in and to go to all places or something. And then, when does this end? It's going to end on January 22nd. And this is going to set that expiration date. So, it removes it from all the dynamic places at that point. Again, Announcement Request for Building and Grounds. Uh, I need Youth Basement. So, that is that settings area. It's going to email whoever is the approval for buildings and resources. They'll need to handle that on their end. In the back end, maybe, they send them an email and say, Hey, approved, or I need to add that to the calendar, or whatever. And I'll just say, like, this is confirmed. Coming from Youth Pastor, Youth Pastor, and their phone number, just in case, and all that information goes to the back end now. So, it says, Hey, your announcement's been submitted successfully. Now, I do want to show you, uh, a couple little things that we do need to change in the back end area. Just so that your social media all connects correctly. So, let me go ahead and show you that. So, we're going to go over to your social media or FS poster here, and we're going to go to Channels here at the top. Then, we'll just go ahead and click on Facebook. Now, whenever you do that, you'll want to click on the settings over here. And, in the Customize Content, you can delete what's there, and then you can click on Keywords, and you can say Custom Filled. Once Custom Filled is here, you can click the cog, and we'll give you these keys to post. But, this is going to pull that custom Facebook social media post. And, this is just initial setup. This is just saying, hey, I want to use all these new features, and there's just two little things that we need to really do. One, if you want the Announcement Request page on, you turn that on, and you add the Approval email, which might be yours, and then Buildings Request email. Uhm, and then if you want the Facebook and Instagram to automatically share correctly, you'll want to come in here and make sure Auto-Share to this channel is checked. Now, you could also go in and add a category, I'll show you how to do that here in a second as well. To say hey if they check the box Social Media, go ahead and automatically post this, whenever I approve it and set it to Publish. But, it's going to say what content do you want in there, so we just need to set this up the very first time. So we'll give you that, and again you'll go over to Instagram and do the Account one, click the Custom Settings, again delete whatever's in the Customized Content, you can go to Keywords, click on Custom Field, and then we'll give you what to post in here. here. Bye. And then you'll click on Save there. Now, let me go ahead and show you, so once you have all of that done, we just set up an announcement request form, or the front end, for volunteers and staff, we password protected it, we came into our Social Media area and adjusted Facebook and Instagram channel auto-share settings. Now, if you don't have a category, category already for Social Media, you can just come to Categories underneath Announcements, and we'll just click on, and just type in here, just Social Media, and then we'll go ahead and just add that category, and that'll add that as a category. Now we can go back over to our Social Media page, and that's where you can save the auto-share, only if they've checked Social Media, or you've checked Social Media. So now, let me show you a little bit about how that's going to look in the back end here. So I'm going to go to All Announcements, and just show you everything from the back end as well, so that that all makes sense here. So here's this, Join us for a Youth Group Pizza Party, you'll see that came in as staff page. Our staff request an announcement. And you'll see all of the submitters information, their buildings and resource questions there. You'll also see their Facebook caption, their Instagram caption, and that's where that's going to auto-share automatically with the social media auto-sharing turned on there. So that's really all you need to do to set things up. Again, if you want to go to settings and adjust any of your prompts, you can. if you want to allow for your staff or volunteers to do submitters to have a front-end way to submit an announcement request to you, you can just put your email in here and your Building and Grounds email in there. Again, you can just go to website pages, you'll copy and paste the shortcode on a new page here, password protect that page, and then your last step is we're going to go over to FS Poster or to your social media here and then you will just adjust the settings to be a custom field for Facebook and Instagram, that way that automatically pulls in all that information there. So, that's really if you already have the AI content generation on your website for existing clients, how to use that if you're an existing client and this is in here. This is just a little bit of a tutorial and in-depth of how things are set up, how you can adjust things, how you can change things. Let us know if you have any questions. I hope you have a great day. Thanks.
