Step 1: Creating a Blank Slide

1. Open ProPresenter 7.

2. Ensure you have an existing presentation loaded.

3. Click the + (plus) button at the bottom to add a new slide.

4. Select Blank Slide.

5. Position the slide where you want the announcements to appear (typically at the beginning or end of a service).

Step 2: Adding a Web Object

1. Right-click on the blank slide and select Edit Slide.

2. Click the Web Object insert tool.

3. Drag the web object to fill the entire slide (adjusting size to 1920x1080 or as needed for your screen resolution).

Step 3: Configuring the Web Object

1. In the Opacity section, locate the Web URL field.

2. Enter your church’s announcement URL. For most churches, this will be:

   • /tv (e.g., https://yourchurchwebsite.com/tv)

   • If using a custom setup, it may be /propresenter instead.

3. Press Enter to load the slideshow.

4. Verify that the slides begin scrolling automatically.

Step 4: Displaying the Slides in a Service

1. Navigate to Show Mode in ProPresenter.

2. Ensure the announcement slides are displaying correctly.

3. Click through to preview transitions and confirm proper functionality.

Step 5: Duplicating and Reusing Slides

• You can duplicate the automated announcement slide and place it at multiple points in your service presentation as needed.

• This setup ensures announcements are updated in real-time without manual uploads or edits.

Troubleshooting & Support:

• If slides do not appear, check that the URL is correct.

• Ensure that your website’s announcement page is live and updating properly.
