This SOP outlines the process for viewing and managing form submissions in NinjaForms, including filtering, exporting, and navigating through submissions. It is designed to help users efficiently access and handle their form data.
Hey guys, here is a quick video on how to view all of your submissions in NinjaForms. So, right now, I'm logged into the back end of this site. I navigated to NinjaForms, which this could say. It's a form or something along those lines. But when you hover over it, you're going to be able to see like, dashboard, settings, all of that, and submissions. There's a couple different ways you can check the submissions. So right now, I'm on the dashboard. And these are all of my forms. Uhm, and if I want to view the submissions for a form, just view all of them, I hit the little settings button right here on the corner, and then you can see edit, duplicate, preview, and then view submissions. So I can click that, and, And it'll show me the submissions, which it's going to open this in a new tab. And bear with me while it loads. And so you can see, this is the form right here. You can see that right, it went to our submissions page. So if you want to go straight to the submissions page, you can can. Um, you can see, this is the form I'm looking at. These are the submissions, which you can see my test in right here. And you can also select dates. You can filter them, all that fun stuff. If you wanted to export it, like as a CSV file, just you had an Excel document of all of the form submissions you had in February. You can do that. Um, if I hit this drop-down right here, these are all of my forms. So I can kind of change which one I'm looking at and go from there. But if you have any questions at all, or if you need us to send you a list of all of your form submissions, we're more than happy to. But, uhm, this way you can find them on your own if you would like.
