Adding Tent Apps Team to Google Ads Account

Overview

  1. Go to ads.google.com.
  2. Click the 'Sign In' button located in the top right corner.
  3. Select your Google Ads account from the list if you have multiple accounts.
  4. Once on the main screen, click on 'Admin'.
  5. Navigate to 'Access and Security'.
  6. Before adding a new user, click on 'Security'.
  7. If required, click on 'Add Domain' and enter 'tentapps.com', then click 'Save'.
  8. Return to the 'Users' section and click the blue plus button to add a new user.
  9. Enter 'team@tentapps.com' to add the Tent Apps team.
  10. Select the appropriate access level: 'Admin' for full access or 'Standard' for campaign management.
  11. Click on 'Send Invitation' to send access to the Tent Apps team.
  12. Wait for the Tent Apps team to accept the invitation and gain access to your Google Ads account.

Hey everyone, today we're going to be going over how to add our team to your Google Ads account. So to start, you're going to be going to ads.google.com. Once you're there, there's a sign in button in the top right that you can click. Once you click that, then we're going to look for your ads account in the middle here. If you have multiple, go ahead and select the one that we're working with today. Once you do that, you'll be to this screen right here where then you can go click on admin. You can click on access and security. Once you're there, you're going to be able to click the blue plus button. But before we do that, let's go click on security. Now, some folks, you'll need to add an allowed domain. So we're going to click on add domain. We're going to do tentapps.com and then go ahead and click on save. And that just allows us to add anyone with uh, tentapps.com email. So we're going to go back now to users, click the blue plus button. We're going to type in team at tentapps.com. And that gets our team access. Now we need to go ahead and click what you'd like us to have access to. Um, we really don't really need either standard or admin. Admin would allow us to help you add new users if you need in the future. Um, or you can make a standard and that allows us to edit campaigns and do everything else that we need to. So, um, go ahead and select one of those and then we'll go ahead and click on send invitation. Then we'll be able to accept that and be able to access your Google Ads.
