Steps to Create Personal Access Tokens for the Planning Center Plugin

  1. Go to the Planning Center API Page

  2. Scroll to the Personal Access Tokens Section

    • Find the "Personal Access Tokens" section on the page.

  3. Create a New Token

    • Click on "Create" to start creating a new token.

  4. Add a Description

    • Enter a brief description for the token.

    • The description can be anything—it’s just for your reference.

  5. Submit the Form

    • Click "Submit" after entering the description.

  6. Copy the Generated Keys

    • After submission, you will receive two keys:

      • Client ID

      • Secret

  7. Send the Keys

    • Copy both the Client ID and Secret.

    • Share these keys with the appropriate person to complete the connection setup.
