Step 1: Log in to TentApps Website
Open your web browser and navigate to the TentApps website.
Enter your credentials to log in.
Step 2: Access Newsletters Section
Once logged in, scroll down to the navigation menu.
Click on the "Newsletters" option.
Step 3: Create a New Newsletter
In the Newsletters section, locate the orange "Create" button and click on it.
Step 4: Choose Newsletter Type
Determine the type of newsletter you want to send:
For one-time email blasts, select "Newsletter" and click "Create."
For regular weekly, monthly, or quarterly newsletters, choose "Latest Post Notifications" and click "Setup."
Step 5: Configure Sending Schedule
Specify the frequency and timing for the newsletter.
Example: Weekly on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM.
Step 6: Select Template
Choose a template for the newsletter from the available options.
Note: Customizable templates are provided.
Step 7: Customize Newsletter Content
Update the template with specific details for your church.
Modify the title.
Personalize content with your church's information.
Step 8: Set Post and Sermon Preferences
The system automatically pulls the latest five announcements and the most recent sermon.
Adjust the number of posts if needed.
Customize which posts to include.
Step 9: Customize Design
Personalize the newsletter's appearance.
Change colors, background, and other design elements.
Step 10: Review and Activate
Review the newsletter content and settings.
Input sender details (Church name, email address).
Select the email list for the congregation.
Set the reply-to address.
Click "Activate" to schedule automatic sending or choose "Save Draft" for later activation.
Step 11: Confirm Authorization
Authorize the sender's email address if prompted.
Step 12: Conclusion
Confirm the successful creation of the newsletter.
